Judge bars attorney from mentioning freedom of speech during trial

In San Diego, Judge Howard Shore has barred attorney Tom Tosdal from making any reference to the First Amendment to the Constitution, while representing his client, Jeff Olson.

Olson earned his day in court by dissing the Bank of America using children’s sidewalk chalk.

Olson could get years in jail with hefty fines if convicted on vandalism charges.
