If ever there was a poster boy for pencil-necked-geeks, Anthony Weiner is it. Aside from his name, he just looks funny; slope shouldered, prissy mouth, Durante schnozz and all.

To his credit though, he did look buff in his famous tweeted photos, but unless you're a porn star, you don't get excited over a buffed Weiner.

Uniform Injustice

I have a lot of respect for law enforcement in all its forms. Most are dedicated, honest people who truly seek to “Protect and Serve.”

But I have a strong objection to the Massachusetts State Police Uniforms. Not the State Patrol’s Mounties style uniforms, but the street version uniform.

When I see these guys, the first thing I think of is “Nazis.” The uniform conjures up disturbing historical images, and sends a very strong, very wrong message to the public.

Please, gentlemen, we want to respect and trust you, but not when you dress like Der Führer.
